Directions:
Place 6 tea bags and 1/8 teaspoon baking soda in a large heat-resistant glass measuring cup. Add 2 cups of boiling water and cover and steep for 15 minutes. Remove bags and pour tea into a 2 quart pitcher. For sweetened tea, add 1 cup of sugar for a 2 quart pitcher. Pour in tea concentrate, and after sugar has dissolved, add 6 cups of cold water. Cool to room temperature before refrigerating (avoids cloudiness). Garnish with lemon or mint and serve over ice.
