1/2 c. rice
4 eggs
1/4 c. lemon juice
Shredded chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken broth and rice for 15 minutes. Beat eggs with lemon juice, then beat half the soup into the eggs, 1/4 c. at a time. Stir egg mix into soup and heat through..
