1 bunch asparagus, woody ends removed
1 T. olive oil
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper and lay it flat on a baking sheet. Roast until soft (not mushy) about 10 minutes.
