3 eggs
cup sugar
11/2 Tbsp. orange juice
tsp. Salt
tsp. Vanilla
cup heavy cream, whipped
3 cup flour, unsifted

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until well combined. Mix in butter, orange juice, salt and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Stir in 21/2 cups flour. Stir enough additional flour to make a stiff dough. Divide dough in half, wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Roll dough and cut into strips and cut rectangles. Shape into bow-ties and deep fry. Powdered sugar.
