1/2 c, butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 t. salt
4 1/2 t. fresh lime juice
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 T. sugar mixed with 2 t. grated lime rind

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar with electric beater; beat in salt and lime juice. Add flour; stir to blend. Chill, covered tightly, until firm enough to handle. Shape into two four inch long rolls; wrap in Saran Wrap and chill until firm enough to slice. Cut roll crosswise into thing (1/8") slices and place about an inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar and lime rind mixture. Bake in a preheated 375 oven until bottoms of cookies are golden - 6 to 8 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
