5 Granny Smith apples 1 stick butter (8 oz) 1 c flour 1/2 c sugar cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350º Core and thinly slice apples. Arrange in greased jelly roll pan. Mix sugar and flour and cut in butter using 2 knives to make crumbs. Place crumbs over apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 45 minutes.
