2 c flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c orange juice
2 T butter
1 egg
1/2 c chopped nuts
2 T hot water
1 c cranberries, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and sugar together. Add orange juice. Melt butter in hot water. Add to mixture. Add egg, nuts and cranberries. Grease loaf pans. Bake 350 approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.
