31/2 cups flour
7 Tbsp. fat
3/4 cup powdered sugar
vanilla
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
41/2 tsp. baking powder
flour for sprinkling cookie sheet

Directions:
Directions:
Set aside a little flour for sprinkling. Cut fat into flour, combine with sugar, add salt, vanilla. Knead with egg and milk to a stiff dough, place in cold. Add baking powder to dough, mix, divide in two parts. Sprinkle cookie sheet with flour. Roll out thin, prick surface, cut out with small-size cookie cutter. Arrange on cookie sheet, leaving room for rising during baking, bake to light golden color in well-heated oven. After removing brush off flour.
