1 cup flour
2 cups warm milk
1/2 tsp. Salt
sugar, cinnamon, raisins as topping

Directions:
Directions:
Bring cream to a boil. Let boil for 10 minutes. Simmer slowly while sifting flour into cream. Stir constantly until smooth and thick. When butterfat appears, remove it and save to use as a topping. Add warm milk, stirring to prevent scorching. Keep beating until mixture appears smooth and velvety. Add salt and continue stirring for about a minute. Pour into your prettiest china bowl and serve hot topped with the butterfat which you dipped from the pudding as it was boiling. Add sugar, cinnamon and/or raisins, making a delicious and attractive topping for this special Norwegian dessert. It makes about six generous servings.
