2 eggs, well beaten
11/2 cups sugar, half brown and half white
2 tsp. Vanilla
11/2 cups flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
21/2 cups diced apples
1/2 cup coarsely broken nutmeats

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla together. Sift dry ingredients together and add to other mixture. Add apples and nuts. Bake in a 13x9- inch pan at 375F degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve cold with whipped cream.
