11/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1/2 cup raspberry jam, divided
Filling:
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. Almond extract
2 eggs
1 cup finely ground blanched almonds (like coarse corn meal)
Frosting:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp. Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9"x11/2" springform pan. Blend flour, sugar and baking powder. Add butter and mix as for pie crust. Add egg blend with a fork until flour is moistened. Press dough evenly on bottom of pan. Spread 1/4 cup raspberry jam over dough. Cover and chill while making filling. For filling: Cream butter and sugar. Add extract. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Mix in ground almonds. Spoon filling on top of jam. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool in pan and remove cake carefully. Spread remaining 1/4 cup jam over top. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice together and drizzle on top of jam. Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
