2 eggs beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/4 cup plain flour
Salt, tiny pinch
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 can coconut

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased pie plate. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
