3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
2 t nutmeg
1-1/2 cup shortening
1-1/2 t cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups mashed bananas
3-1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cups choc chips

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Add eggs, bananas, oats, nuts, choc chips.
Bake 400 12 minutes
