1 medium head romaine or iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. coarsely chopped green pepper
1 c. thinly sliced green onion (green portion and some of white portion)
1 (10 oz.) pkg frozen peas, thawed with cold water and drained
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream or plain low fat yogurt
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
8 strips bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled

Place lettuce in bottom of large serving bowl or 13x9x2 inch pan. In layers, add celery, pepper, onion, peas, and eggs. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar. Spread over egg layer. Top with cheese and bacon. Refrigerate overnight.
