1 lb hamburger
1 cup chopped celery
1 large onion
2 cans cream soup-any kind
1 cup uncooked rice
3 cups hot water
3 Tbs soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion add remaining ingredients and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350.
