1 (10 oz.) pkg frozen mixed vegetables
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
instant mashed potatoes, enough for four servings
paprika

Preheat oven to 375F. Run cold water over vegetables to separate; drain. In a large skillet, brown meat with onion. Drain. Stir vegetables and 1/4 c. water into skillet. Cook, covered, 5 - 10 minutes or until tender. Stir in soup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme and pepper. Transfer to a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Drop in mounds over hot mixture. If desired, sprinkle with paprika. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot.
