15 oz Kidney Beans, drained
4 C Water
15 oz can Coconut Milk
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 Scallions, chopped
1/2 tsp dried Thyme
3 C uncooked Rice
2 tsp Salt
1 T Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a very large fry pan, mix all ingredients in the list. Bring to a boil. Reduce head and cover until all moister is absorbed.

Personal Notes:
I pour the coconut milk into a measuring cup and then fill the can with water to make sure all milk is removed. I then use the can to get a grand total of 6 cups of liquid.
