Ingredients:  
1 Cup sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
1/3 cup water
2 egg whites
1 rsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cream of tarter, and water in saucepan. Cook on medium heat stirring constantly until clear. Cook without stirring to soft ball stage ( 240 degrees). Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Continue beating, adding syrup in a slow, steady stream. Add vanilla. Continue beating untill stiff peaks form and frosting is thick enough to spread.
