1 1/4 lbs.spareribs
3 T green onions
4 T soy sauce
4 T sugar
3 T vinegar
5 T cold water
1/2 T wine
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut spareribs into 1" pieces and marinate with wine and soy for 30 minutes. Reserve soy in bowl. Deep fry spareribs about 2 minutes; take out and reheat oil again. Refry till ribs turn very brown (about 15 seconds)Remove ribs and drain oil from pan. Add sugar, vinegar, water, cornstarch, sesame oil & shredded green onion to bowl used for marinating. This is seasoning. Heat 1 T oil. Pour in marinating sauce and boil. Add spareribs.
