4 T. butter 1 c. regular, raw rice 2 cans cream-style soups 1-1/2 cans milk Chicken pieces 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Melt butter in 9x13-inch pan. Add rice. Mix in soups and milk. Lay chicken pieces on top of rice. Sprinkle dry onion and soup mix over above mixture. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 325-350º for 2-1/2 hours.
