2 (5 lb.) boneless beef roast (chuck, arm, etc.)
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
Black pepper, to taste
10 T. ketchup
1 (12 oz.) can Coca-Cola

Directions:
Directions:
Trim all visible fat from roast, then place it in a crockpot sprayed with nonstick spray. Sprinkle with pepper and onion soup mix. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Add ketchup to top of roast, then pour Cola-Cola over everything. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
