Ingredients:  
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup flour
1 T vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Mix butter and eggs. Mix in sugar, nuts, and flour, then vanilla. Fill mini muffin tin (sprayed well with cooking spray) 2/3 full. Bake 16-18 minutes. Dump out of tins promptly.
