1 c. Flour
1/2 c. Margarine or Butter
1 c. Pecans or Cashews, chopped
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 c. Powdered Sugar
2 c. Whipped cream or Cool Whip
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 3 oz. packages Instant Pudding mix
3 c. Milk

Directions:

Mix flour, margarine and 1/2 c. chopped nuts. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350. Let cool. Combine cream cheese and sugar and beat until smooth; fold in 1 c. whipped topping and 1 tsp. vanilla. Spread over cooled crust and refrigerate. Combine pudding mix, 1 tsp. vanilla and milk and spread over cream cheese layer. Top with additional whipped topping and 1/2 c. chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
