1 lb ground beef
Salt and pepper
1 medium onion, diced fine
1 green pepper, diced fine
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
1/2 C ketchup
Ritz crackers
1 can mushroom soup
1 can milk, soup can measure

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together soup and milk-set aside. Mix together remaining ingredients, adding crushed Ritz crackers so mixture will hold together. Form into balls and place in greased Pyrex dish. Pour soup mixture over all. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
