Pork loin 2 - 3 lbs.
1 can whole cranberries
3/4 c. dried cranberries
1 c. orange or cranberry juice
2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mash up whole cranberries in juice. Add dried cranberries and dry mustard. Place pork loin in crock pot and pour mixture over roast. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

After cooked, remove roast and skim off fat. Either make gravy with juice, or just shred meat and put back in juice.
