Crust: 1 Cup butter, 2 Cups flour, 2 tbsp. powdered sugar.

Filling: 4 1/2 Cups rhubarb, 2/3 Cups milk, 5 egg yolks, 4 tbsp. flour, 1/8 tsp. salt, 2- 1/2 Cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust like pie dough press into greased 9x13 pan. While crust is baking cook filling ingredients. Cook until thick and then pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Beat 5 egg whites with 6 tbsp. powdered sugar & 1 tsp. vanilla. Spread over baked pie and return to oven until brown.
