2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1 pkg. rolls on greased 9"x13" pan to form a crust. Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over crust. Place second pkg. of rolls over filling to form a top crust. Beat egg whites until foamy. Brush over top. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, nuts, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
