1 frozen pie shell
soft butter or margarine
6 slices turkey bacon - fried crisp
1 small onion, sliced thin
6 oz. grated Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. half 'n half
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch each nutmeg, sugar and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rub pie shell with soft butter. Crumble bacon, mix grated cheese and place in pie shell. Beat eggs well, add cream, seasonings and pour over cheese/bacon. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325, bake for 45 minutes.
