pastry for 9" pie
2 T. minced green onion
1 T. butter
4 eggs
2 c. whipping cream
2 T. sherry
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/8 tsp. red pepper
2 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat (thawed and drained)

Directions:
Line dish with pastry - set aside. Saute onion in butter in small skillet until tender. Set aside. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add whipping cream and salt. Mix well. Stir in onion, crab meat, cheese, sherry and pepper. Pour into pastry. Bake for 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and bake 35-40 minutes.
