Crust Ingredients
1 Cup flour
1/2 Cup butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 Cup coconut

Topping Ingredients
1- 8 oz. package cream cheese (softened)
1- Cup Cool Whip
1- Cup powdered sugar
2 - small packages coconut cream pudding (not instant) made with 3 cups milk (cool pudding)

Directions:
Directions:
Make pudding according to box instructions. Let cool in refrigerator.

Mix crust ingredients and press into 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes in a 350 oven.

Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cool whip. Spread over cooled crust. Spread pudding over cream cheese mixture, and top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Refrigerate 1 hour and serve.
