5 lbs ribs
1 tsp salt
3 T lemon juice
1 cups ketchup
2 T Vinegar
1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
4 T Worcestershire sauce
Dash of pepper
3-6 medium onions
Tobasco sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Single layer the ribs in a roaster and brown at 475 for 30-40 minutes. Drain. Combine the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the ribs. Bake for 3 hours at 300. Turn and baste periodically

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I like lots of sauce, so I use two or more batches of sauce for 5 lbs of ribs. I usually brown and drain the ribs, then cook mine in a nesco roaster, the longer the better.
