4 slices bread
1 lb. sausage
4 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crusts from bread. Cook sausage till brown, drain. Place bread in bottom of 8" square dish. Spread sausage over bread. Mix together eggs, milk, and cheese and pour over sausage and bread. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
