2- 9" deep dish 9" pie crusts baked 3 Cups water 4 tbsp. cornstarch 1- 1/2 Cup sugar 1- 6 oz. package strawberry Jell-O. 1- 8 oz. package of cream cheese 1/2 Cup powdered sugar 3 Cups sliced fresh strawberries
Bring water, cornstarch, and sugar to a boil for 2 minutes. Add Jell-O and let stand to cool. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Put the cream cheese mixture in bottom of crusts. Add strawberries pour cooled Jell-O mixture over the top. Let set in refrigerator.
