3 small packages raspberry jello
3 c. boiling water
1 package frozen raspberries
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 - 8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. crushed pretzels
1/2 c. melted butter
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello into hot water until well dissolved. Add frozen raspberries. Pour into 9"x13" dish and refrigerate until set.

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended. Add Cool Whip and mix well. Spread on top of jello.

Mix pretzels, melted butter and sugar together. Sprinkle on top of cream cheese layer. Chill for 2-3 hours before serving.

Personal Notes:
You can use strawberry jello and frozen strawberries as well. I usually make my jello layer the night before so it's set-up well. I also add about 1/4 c. to 1/2 c. more crushed pretzels. The pretzel sticks are the easiest to crush as well.
