2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. grated zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325. Mix, sugar, eggs, and oil. Sift together dry ingredients. Add flour to sugar/egg mixture. Add zucchini and nuts to the mixture. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 45 - 50 minutes.
