1 lb. Chicken breast
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 c. sour cream
Poppy Seeds
1 stick of butter, melted
1 package of Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and dice the chicken into cubes. Mix soup, sour cream, chicken (cooked), and poppy seeds in casserole dish. In separate bowl crunch up crackers and mix with melted butter. Pour cracker topping over the chicken mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly on the sides.

I use 1/2 stick of butter and the recipe is very good. If you like a richer taste, use a whole stick.
