1 lb ground beef
1 bell pepper
1 small onion
1 can green chiles (optional)
green olives
1 can tomato soup
1 small can tomato sauce (preferably contadina)
italian seasoning (to taste; optional)
2 packages shredded mozzarella cheese (or any type of cheese that you prefer)
2 cans of canned biscuits (1 10ct and 1 5ct)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to degree on canned biscuits. Brown ground beef, onion, and bell pepper. Drain beef. Add tomato soup, tomato sauce, chiles, olives, and italian seasoning. Cook for about 30 mins. Take canned biscuits and roll each one out in flour. Shape edges to look ruffled. Pour sauce on each individual biscuit. Top with shredded cheese and bake. Bake according to directions on canned biscuits or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy.

This was a favorite of mine that my mom used to make for us when we were younger. I did change it up to add a little spice courtesy of my husband's idea.
