12 oz. lasagna- I use them uncooked.
15 oz. ricotta cheese
8 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 eggs
1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
Classico tomato and basil sauce, 2 jars
8 oz. mozzarella, shredded
3 carrots, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ricotta, spinach, eggs and Parmesan.
In 9 x 13 pan, place thin layer of sauce, lasagna noodles, 1/2 ricotta mixture, sauce, 1/2 carrots, 1/3 mozzarella.
Follow with lasagna, 1/2 ricotta, sauce, 1/2 carrots, 1/3 mozzarella.
Follow with lasagna, sauce, 1/3 mozzarella.
Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove foil, bake 15 minutes more.
