2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 c. softened butter or margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1 10 oz. pkg. white chocolate chips
1/2 c. macadamia nuts (chopped)
1/2 c. coconut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. Beat butter, sugars and egg until fluffy. Stir in the dry ingredients; blend in the vanilla. Gently stir in the white chips and nuts. Drop by tablespoonful onto ungreased baking sheet, a few inches apart. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and cool.
