1 pkg. Pillsbury yellow cake mix
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs

Filling;
1 c. (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 can Pillsbury coconut pecan frosting

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, peanut butter, butter, and egg. By hand, stir until dough holds together. Press 1/2 of dough into bottom of ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Reserve remaining dough for topping. Prepare filling; spread filling over dough in pan. Crumble remaining dough over filling. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 until light golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
