1 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add water and vanilla, mix well. Add flour and pecans. Chill for 3-4 hours. Shape into balls or fingers Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 325 oven for 20 minutes. Cool slightly, roll in confectioner's sugar.
