Pork chops (as many as you want - we usually use 6-8) 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. ketchup 2 T brown sugar 2 T lemon juice
Trim the fat from pork chops and then coat with a mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Brown on both sides. Arrange in slow cooker. Mix together rest of the ingredients. Pour over the chops. Cook 5 to 6 hours on Low and serve with rice.
