2 Granny Smith apples (or firm peaches)
1 c. sugar
2 tubes crescent rolls
4 tbsp. water
1 stick butter
cinnamon to taste
1 small can Mountain Dew

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter, sugar, and water and add cinnamon. Slice apples or peaches in eights; sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar mixture on each piece of fruit and wrap in rolls, one slice in each triangle. Arrange in a 9x13 glass dish. Pour liquid (butter, sugar, water, and cinnamon mixture) over rolls, then pour Mountain Dew (1/2 cup) around edges of dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
