6 whole ht sausage
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 large onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
DIRECTIONS:

Cook sausage in pan on a stove. Add one tablespoon of olive oil and all the minced garlic. Add sliced pepper and onion. Saute for 8 minutes. Add sliced open Italian hoogie roll. Melt cheese on top.
