BROWNIES:
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
4 eggs
16 oz. can or bottle of Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
FROSTING:
1 c. sugar
Scant 1/3 c. milk
2 T. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
BROWNIES: Cream thoroughly sugar, margarine, eggs, and chocolate syrup. Add flour, vanilla, and nuts. Pour into 15x12x1 inch greased pan (sheet cake pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
FROSTING: Bring ingredients to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and stir in 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Spread over brownies while hot.
