Ingredients:  
2 filets (beef or veal) cut very thin, beaten out flat with a mallet
Stuffing:
2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
3 T fresh parsley
1 tsp. olive oil to moisten
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 small onion, grated
Sauce:
1 stick butter, melted
sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for stuffing and spread on meat. Roll up and use tooth picks to hold. Brush with a little melted butter and broil on grill 5 minutes on each side. Melt 1 stick butter, add sliced mushrooms and pour over cooked braciola. Serve at once.
