1 big head leaf lettuce
6 slices cooked bacon, save grease
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 onion - chopped

1/4 cup bacon fat
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash lettuce and tear into bite size pieces. Add bacon, eggs and onion. Heat remaining ingredients in microwave till bubbly and stir till all blended. Pour over salad while dressing is still hot and toss well.
