2 bunches fresh spinach, washed and shredded
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
5-6 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
13 1/4 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
4 oz. water chestnuts, cut and rinsed

Dressing:
5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup salad oil
1/3 cup catsup
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. curry

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for salad. Cover and shake the dressing ingredients until well blended. Pour over salad and chicken.
