1/3 c. sugar
3 T. tapioca
2 3/4 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in medium saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. (Pudding thickens as it cooks.) Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Cool 20 minutes, stir. Serve warm or chilled. Store in refrigerator.
