1 8oz. package of cream cheese
3 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1-pound can (2 cups) whole cranberry sauce
1 #2 can crushed pineapple or pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup chopped California walnuts
1 cup whipping cream, whipped (or 8 oz. Cool whip)

Directions:

Soften cheese; blend in mayonnaise and sugar. Add fruits and nuts. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into loaf pan. Freeze firm, 6 hours or overnight. To serve, let stand at room temperature about 15 minutes, turn out on lettuce; slice.
